Workshop Logistics
- Dates
- The workshop will be held Tue, January 16th and Wed, January 17th (as planned). We expect the majority of people to arrive on Mon, January 15th (MLK Day) and depart either the evening of the 17th or on the 18th.

The workshop will be held in the Renaissance Pittsburgh Hotel. We have made arrangements for rooms on Jan 15th, Jan 16th, and Jan 17th for the special rate of $135/night. You will need to reserve a room by ***TUESDAY, DECEMBER 26th, 2006***

You will need to make your own arrangements for travel to Pittsburgh. The usual grant requirements apply: economy-class, only on US carrier. If you need help in finding convenient/inexpensive plane tickets, we have made arrangements with a very reliable, local travel agent:

We got a special reduced fee ($15) for handling tickets for workshop participants, so please make sure to mention MobiSensors.
- Expenses
- Your economy-class travel, hotel, and incidental expenses will be reimbursed through the NSF grant up to a predefined amount. To do so, you will need to mail us the receipts after you return (we will have a self-addressed envelope to give you at the workshop).
- Format
- In order to facilitate the discussions, we would like you to submit a 2-page position paper ahead of the meeting.
